We are proud to complete entire projects ourselves. Only when requested or necessary we will introduce our well-trusted licensed sub-contractors.
Sub-contractors are licensed to perform their specific duties. They are hired and managed by Royal Renos to fulfill certain tasks such as plumbing, electrical, heating, mechanicals and more..
We require a 5% deposit; depending on the project scale, initial payment plans will be broken down in stages throughout the project duration.
Yes, we will create a 3D blueprint after a detailed discussion and overview. Depending on the project scale we will discuss ideas you have and incorporate them into the plans. Your feedback is crucial during this process to achieve the desired outcome.
Yes. We will have a detailed written agreement, which outlines the scope of work, timelines, costs, and payments.
Yes, for the scope of work described in the contract, there will be NO hidden costs. Any additional work requested by the client can fluctuate in project cost.
Once the design has been finalized, you will receive a timeframe as well as progress report of the project timeline. The scale of work intended will evaluate the timeline for your project.
Yes, we keep the working area safe and clean from debris. We also isolate the work area so the project does not interfere with your daily schedules.
